Warehouse Manager
Manage day to day operations in a 50,000 sq ft. warehouse containing several thousand SKUs.
Accurately receive, putaway, fulfill orders (pick, pack, ship) within the time allowed.
Accurately and timely enter all transactions in ERP system to maintain synchronization between physical and electronic records.
Hire, train, Hold staff accountable for key performance standards:
attendance, accuracy, efficiency, timeliness.
Demonstrate to management performance visa-a-vis goals by generating daily, weekly, monthly reports.
Physical inventory every quarter on weekends required to demonstrate inventory accuracy.
Ensure safety and security of people, care of property, equipment; adherence to OSHA and other rules.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing similar warehouse.
Knowledge of Microsoft dynamics (navision) ERP system a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
