Supply Chain Analyst

Gathers and interprets relevant data (demand patterns, inventory, open sales and purchase order, production capacity, supplier and production lead times etc.).
Continually ensures the accuracy of data and enters it in the ERP system. Takes corrective actions to increase the reliability of data.
Tests the MRP algorithms for different inventory classes.
Analyses MRP recommendations and discusses it with the stakeholders.
Follows up with all stakeholders to help them implement MRP recommendations.
Analyzes need for any improvements in the process.
Provides progress reports to the management regarding own goals vis-a-vis own performance on optimizing company resources to accomplish customer satisfaction by delivering orders on time.
Requires strong quantitative and analytical skills, ERP systems (preferably Navision), database, spreadsheets, statistics, logistics, contracts, tariffs, project managemnt etc.
Comfortable working with individuals at all organizational levels in various parts of the world. Be prepared to make telephone calls internationally late in the evenings as required. Knowledge of different languages a plus.
A minimum of 5 years's experience in similar capacity.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
