Funding Specialist mainly reviews loan files and verifies and Validates all documents are received and completed accurately, verify and Validate Data entry and Inputs remaining loan information in funding system, ensures that all required stipulations are met prior to funding, verifies customer employment based on established policies and procedures, conducts welcome call with loan customers over the phone. The Specialist evaluates all documents, programs, and verifications for validity prior to funding the lease. This team member interfaces and provides superior customer service to internal and external customers (i.e. credit center personnel, automobile dealers, loan applicants, etc.). Contributes to the development of new and updated process changes. Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements relating to contract documentation, lien perfection, and the companies operating policies and procedures. Provide quality customer service to the credit center and dealer network, while ensuring potential risk is minimize for the company through thorough and accurate verification.
Requirements
This position required proficiency in windows applications, excellent interpersonal, strong customer service skills, communication and organizational skills. Willingness to work interactively in team environment. High level of professionalism. Detail oriented and self-starter with a can do attitude. Auto Finance funding experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
