Amtec is working in behalf of one of our valued Orange County based client who specializes in software development services to find an high performing, honest, sincere, and experienced sales person to grow the sales of a well-positioned organization .
o Responsible for business development goals for the year, and contributing towards generating total contract value (TCV - Booked business), revenues and accounts. ?
o Responsible for planning, tracking, and reporting progress metrics against the goals. ?
o Responsible for personal quota based on TCV (total contract value) and revenue and also for overall team performance. ?
o Responsible to identify and cultivate sales leads / prospects, nurture accounts, and to create ?opportunities / potential to close the sale. ?
o Responsible to evaluate possible alternatives, make timely determinations and choices with the?best information available to initiate appropriate actions to implement decisions. ?
o Attend industry trade shows, events to network in order to harvest sales leads / prospect as needed ?
o Build relationships with key decision makers at the executive level with clients , prospects, and partners ?
o Develop knowledge and expertise specific to their solutions products and services.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED ?
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tool. ?
o Ability to research and understand the needs of the customer / industry. ?
o Ability to nurture relationships with a focus of converting to clients with the go-getter attitude. ?
o Ability to generate leads by articulating the value proposition of the company's offerings. ?
o Ability to negotiate, and close the sale by articulating the value proposition of the offering. ?
o Ability to engage with prospects, and overcome objections and demonstrate value. ?
o Ability to nurture relationships well with senior level executives within target accounts. ?
o Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities. ?
o Ability to communicate well by using verbal, written, and presentation skills. ?
o Good understanding of SDLC and Software Development Delivery model (including offshore) ?
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
o A Bachelor's degree - preferably with focus of Information Technology. ?
o Minimum of 6 years of experience in selling software solutions and services .?
o Market competitive base salary and commission. ?
