Sr. Change Management & Communications Consultant (SAP)

A well-established automotive company is actively searching for a Senior Change Management / Communications Consultant, preferably with SAP and a Big 4 consulting background, to join a progressive IT organization in the Orange County Metro area for a 12 month contract assignment with option to extend.

The successful candidate needs to have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a change management and communications role (OCM) within an IT or Technology function. This person will help drive technology solution adoption, support project/user readiness, training, IT communications, managing stakeholder expectations etc. Someone at the Sr. Consultant or Manager level at one of the Big 4 consulting firms is a good comparison. The candidate needs to have previous experience working within an SAP environment and specifically with SAP Workforce Performance Building or formally known as U Perform. The consultant will be responsible to help manage and organize the impact changes. Be able to identify the impact, document / capture the requirements, facilitate meetings, manage and create the communication plan to the business customers and vendors regarding changes for changes and go live dates.

The Consultant will be responsible to create impact maps and perform change impact analysis when a project solution is being rolled out. This can be based on adding a new capabilities and solutions to an existing system or rolling out a new project system. This person will help communicate with the stakeholders across the various business divisions within all functional areas impacted and vendors and also help communicate business rational and training of the new changes being implemented to the business community and vendors impacted. This person will work closely with internal Project Managers, stakeholders and Training department in order to create the necessary documentation, and create the communication in order to manage expectations.

Bachelor's Degree or MBA preferred but not required
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Excellent written communication skills
Needs to be able to create various types of deliverables such Powerpoint or Visio data flow diagram for various levels of the organization for both internal / external customers across the enterprise or cross functional areas.
Needs to have change management and communications experience and either functioned internally within an organization or from a consulting firm
Ability to identify the impact, document and capture impact to business, facilitate, organize and create all necessary communication to impacted areas of the organization.
Someone at the Sr. Consultant or Manager level at one of the Big 4 consulting firms is a good comparison but not required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
