Currently, we are seeking a Scheduler / Appointment Setter to join our dynamic company! As a Scheduler, you will assist the Sales and Marketing Divisions by setting appointments with customers. Customer service and relationships will be a main focus for this position.

Other Scheduler responsibilities include:
Working closely with team members to effectively set appointments customers, averaging at least 40-50 calls per day (75% of your work day)
Utilizing a customer-focused process to effectively set appointments and having a consistent confirmation process in place to ensure a high show rate
Utilizing Penhall Company's CRM internally to track and report on all activities
Consistently and effectively communicating with team members and Sales team, as well as following up with customers
Gaining an in-depth knowledge of Penhall Company products and services; potentially attending monthly Lunch and Learn sessions with the department
Building relationships with customers
Completing an internal test/certification of product knowledge
Full Time/40 hour work week
You must have a strong phone presence and communicate clearly and with confidence in order to excel as our Scheduler. Additionally, being a disciplined self-motivator with experience in planning and managing a daily business schedule is necessary. Strong customer service skills will also serve you well in this role.
Requirements for Appointment Setter:
High school diploma or GED
PC, Windows, and MS Office proficiency
Ability to be a team player
Knowledge of the general concept of Customer Relationship Management
Appointment setting experience, strongly preferred
Experience with call centers, preferred
