CRANE GEN Heavy Equip Diesel Mechanic - to $100,000yr Plus
FIELD SERVICE and/or Shop MECHANIC (depending on Location) - Generators / Cranes / Heavy Equipment
to $100,000 yr Plus - with OT and Hours // Looking for Techs that want to and can work the Hours - as we have the work and we're growing FAST -
Hourly Rate: $ 20 - $ 30's plus per hour (depending on Experience & Location)
Must have a variety of experience in various brands of equipment:
Caterpillar - John Deere - Volvo - case - Komatsu - Hyundai - Doosan - Cummins - Detroit
Any CRANE or Generators Models
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Minimum of 3 years industry or other applicable related experience.
o Have completed advanced accredited manufacturer (OEM and/or Supplier) service classes and has certification for multiple products, Cummins, Linkbelt, Kawasaki, Sennebogen, Bandit, Isuzu, Dynapac, or Doosan training preferred.
o Capable of completing all jobs at or under manufacturers published flat rate repair times.
o Capable of training as well as supervising other technicians or multiple jobs
o Capable of conducting training classes for customers or other employees as required.
o Must be computer literate and capable of utilizing computer diagnostics as required in determining root cause of failure as well as utilizing manufacturers' web sites to facilitate a repair. Use of computer to complete time sheets and repair notes as well as email them to office staff.
o Capable of working in the field without direct supervision as well as a demonstrated ability to apply training in the field environment
o Accurately completes and submits all paper work immediately upon completion of a repair.
o Able to interact with customers and communicate recommended course of action to result in the most efficient repair practices.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
o Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record - NO DWI's last 5 years
NO FELONIES
o Must possess all tools required for standard equipment maintenance and repairs
o Work is located in shop setting or job site locations
o Ability to work with and around hazardous materials
o Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
