Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Anaheim, California office.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 10 years in the electrical construction and refrigeration industry for an EC, GC, or HVAC company
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing HVAC-R construction projects
Experience in refrigeration projects such as supermarkets, etc. is required (new and remodels)
EPA certification is required (refrigerant)
Business development skills a big plus
Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
Must understand all aspects of project management, including take-offs, scheduling, change orders & billings, and close-outs
Must understand and ensure safety rules and OSHA requirements are being followed
Must ensure that projects are completed within prescribed budget
Must have leadership skills & be able to manage project managers and project coordinator
Proficient on computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must have a strong business acumen
Must be honest and trustworthy, and a people person
Must be customer service minded
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Skilled in prioritizing, organization and time management
Ensure that company procedures and processes are followed
Must have a valid driver license with a clean driving record
Stable job history is a must
EDUCATION:
College degree (Construction Management, Engineering) preferred
