Human Resources Specialist
AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Human Resources Specialist for immediate employment for the Los Angeles, CA office.
Human Resources Specialist Duties:
- Provide HR/recruiting administrative support for high-volume hiring
- Act as a lead point of contact for all HR matters, and follow work flow/SOP of the department
- Manage the onboarding and off boarding process
- Manage all personnel matters
- Complete special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- HR and/or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive employment information with discretion and confidentiality
