Partner with senior HR leaders across Walt Disney Parks & Resorts to help clients solve complex organizational challenges and implement change strategies while transferring OD knowledge, skills and tools. Manage projects and interventions, in partnership with HR, such as organization assessment, strategy alignment, organization design, change leadership, and organizational culture and values.
Minimum 5 years of OD consulting or related experience
Demonstrated diagnostic, synthesis, and analytical skills
Demonstrated planning and organizational skills and confidentiality with sensitive information
Demonstrated business acumen
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
Ability to build relationships and influence executive audiences
Ability to work in a predominantly self-directed manner, while upholding brand promise of OD
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Consult on a variety of projects including organization assessment, organization design, change leadership, and culture transformation across a diverse set of business units.
Adapt consulting style and approach to the culture of each business unit and share mindset, skills and tools with HR and senior leadership to ensure sustainment of results.
Apply broad organizational knowledge to address business and organizational challenges by recognizing patterns through an enterprise and systems thinking mindset.
Consult with senior leadership and HR to develop strategies that assess and increase overall organizational effectiveness, efficiency, Cast engagement and process improvements across business units.
Build trust and collaborate with teams in a global and virtual environment, and partner effectively with HR Business Partners to transfer knowledge and skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
