Recruiter - Rentokil

The Recruiter is a position on the Human Resources team at our Anaheim office. This position is responsible for managing the recruiting and screening of candidates and assisting managers with making World Class hires. This position focuses on utilizing various job boards and other avenues to advertise open positions, and assists and advises hiring managers in the recruitment process. The incumbent will maintain data in the ATS and track progress of candidates associated with the assigned requisitions while ensuring compliance with EEO and OFCCP requirements.

Maintains requisitions in the ATS
Monitors and posts open positions on job boards, social media site and newsprint ? continues to improve process and find creative ways to advertise
Screens resumes/applications
Conducts initial phone interviews, screening out candidates and forwarding top candidates through the process
Schedule face-to-face interviews when needed
Advise and assist hiring managers with recruitment process ? including use of the ATS, note taking, record keeping and interviewing
Manage HR projects as assigned
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Must possess one of the following:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Or A Bachelor's degree (other field) with at least three years Recruiting experience, OR A minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources, with at least three years Recruiting experience
Also required:
Experience working in an applicant tracking system; experience with the iCIMS ATS is preferred
Demonstrated ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
High level of attention to detail
Must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
Must pass criminal background check
More than five years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting
Experience in a high volume recruiting work environment
PHR/SPHR, AIRS or other relevant certifications a plus
Sourcing experience a plus, including utilization of social media or other avenues to find candidates
Experience recruiting across multiple States/Provinces and locations
Experience recruiting for a federal contractor a plus
HR Generalist experience a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
