A leading solar company is seeking highly motivated, goal driven individuals to add to our growing organization in a very solar friendly location, in Corona California, office in a direct to consumer capacity.
The sales specialist is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities to help continue rapid market growth and expansion. The responsibilities and qualification are as follows.
• Follow through on potential opportunities generated from your outside and companies provided leads.
• Establish multiple contacts within the target areas after a sale.
• Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospective opportunities.
• Consistently meet monthly and quarterly objectives
• Interact effectively with team members to maximize growth potential and opportunities for your career path
• Work with team leaders of sales and marketing department to ensure attainment of company goals
• Utilize training materials in a meaningful way that ensures a smooth transition into successful, professional sales appointments.
• Must have a strong desire to succeed.
• Strong communication
• A quick and eager learner with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Demonstrates good decision-making and analytical skills
• Has the ability to assess a customer's needs.
• Highly motivated, engaging, and able to work effectively within a team environment
• Full training on Sunpower leases, cash and financing.
