The Lead IT Network Engineer is responsible for oversight oftechnical application and delivery of relevant and timely solutions to businessneeds as support by the IT Network team. This position is responsible for the installation, validation and maintenanceof IT network technologies and systems, SDN, orchestration and other Next-Gennetwork solutions.
The Lead IT Network Engineer provides guidance and mentoringto others in completion of assigned deliverables and troubleshootingescalations. The Lead IT NetworkEngineer reports to a Senior Manager or Director,IT.
Job Summary: The Lead IT Engineer is responsible for the installation, validation, maintenance and oversight of technical applications or systems. This position serves as a liaison between ministries, clients and/or other technical groups and works to create a data driven organization through creation of dashboards, reports and other outputs. The Lead IT Engineer provides guidance and mentoring to others in completion of assigned deliverables and reports to a Senior Manager or Director, IT.

Essential Functions:
. Provides answers to technical and non-technical customer questions and suggests process improvements
. Conducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews
3. Provides technical guidance to junior team members
4. Analyzes, diagnoses and determines the root cause of a technical problem and either solves it or pass it to the responsible resources for remediation
5. Maintains knowledge base of known issues, steps required to address particular issues\tasks, documentation of new processes and general updates to keep content current

7. Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as technical documentation and program code

Additional Responsibilities:
. Provides project assistance and serves as lead on many tasks
. Coordinates communication with vendor
3. Reviews and validates resource quotes for management approval
4. May support other ministries and opportunities and needs arise in support of the global SJH IT organization
5. May be required to attend regularly scheduled departmental and/or key ministry meetings and planning sessions to represent IT
6. Monitors and identify opportunities for improving business processes by leveraging new or existing technologies
7. Assists with contract review
Additional Job Specific Requirements:
Extensive root cause analysis experience.
Recommend, develop and maintain all relevant & necessary documentation (topologies, administration manuals, standard operating procedures, support contracts etc.).
Escalate and publish all known and identified risks to system availability and performance.
Solid Experience with the fundamentals of all components of IT infrastructures in enterprise environments including networking, servers, operating systems, desktops, remote access and applications.
Extensive working knowledge of Switching and routing for both wired and wireless networks.
Significant experience in Network benchmarking and performance monitoring.
Exposure to a broad cross section of IT technologies and disciplines including networking, Wintel architectures, NIX, SAN, enterprise healthcare class applications and their interactions.
Solid theoretical knowledge and hands on experience configuring, troubleshooting, optimizing and managing most of the following hardware/software technologies & protocols:
Cisco NexusSwitches (7K, 5K and 2Ks) plus NX OS
Cisco Wireless
Netscaler Load Balancers
Security appliances (Firewall, IPS, IDS VPNs, etc)
Layer 2 VACL's, SPAN, RSPAN, ERSPAN, CEF, CRB, MLS, LAN aggregate policing, etc.
Routing - Expert knowledge and experience with BGP, EIGRP & OSPF, route filtering, redistribution, summarization, routing protocol tuning, security, optimization, and other advanced features.
Cisco IOS security controls- Storm control, COPP, 802.1x, port security, DHCP snooping, RPF, PVLAN, DAI, IPSG,ACLs, RACLs, VACLs, CBAC, CAR, NBAR. , TACACS , RADIUS, LDAP, PKI
HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, content switches, reverse proxies, SSL accelerators content cache systems.
Wireless- RF Fundamentals, RRM, 802.11a/b/g/n, WEP,Cisco LEAP, WPA/WPA2, EAP-Fast, EAP-TLS, PEAP, RADIUS, LDAP authentication.
Network Management- SNMP, RMON, Netflow, Syslog, network management/monitoring systems (HP Openview, Cisco Works etc.), and protocol analyzers.
Scripting: Cisco EEM or similar languages.
Minimum of 7 years of proven and progressive knowledge in the hardware and software server arena
One or more of the following certifications:
CCIE, Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert
Security CCIE Security
Cisco Certified Network Professional Security CCNP Security
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
