We are part of Carrington Holding Company, LLC , which owns and operates multiple businesses that cover virtually every aspect of single family residential real estate transactions. We are currently seeking an experienced Sr. Continuous Improvement Analyst. Position is located in Anaheim, CA.
Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of CIP projects to accomplish the business objectives prioritized by the strategic initiatives team. Apply six sigma skills to DMAIC tool applications, help manage pre and post process improvements, and work on assigned high level business analytics projects. Provide recommendations and present identification of CIP opportunities for strategic consideration to the Vice President of CIP. Make operational recommendations to ensure that optimal performance is reached and sustained. Focus on CIP deployment in the organization and is a senior ?hands on? technical process leadership role. Perform all duties in accordance with the company?s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Lead process improvement projects across the enterprise.
+ Perform root cause analysis and recommend best practice solutions.
+ Design, develop and execute high level business analytics using six sigma skills.
+ Ensure that recommended changes are implemented and that forecasted cost savings, efficiency gains, etc. are realized.
+ Provide senior leadership support for continuous improvement strategies in accordance with the organization?s policies and applicable laws.
+ Oversee process engineering projects in Mortgage Servicing and Originations and/or Financial Services
+ Collaborate with business to understand needs, map current states, design future states, and deploy sustainable processes.
+ Coach and train entry level Management Associates to enhance their skill sets and support education objectives determined by the curriculum set by the Vice President of CIP; assist with Management Associate six sigma certifications.
+ Provide support for tactical implementation of CIP strategic objectives for processes that are aligned with the CIP governance team objectives.
+ Consult in the design (DMADV) and optimization of business processes (DMAIC). Also assist in the design of process reporting dashboards.
+ Demonstrate six sigma tools to educate the organization.
+ Provide recommendations for cost savings, productivity improvements, and/or efficiencies at Carrington.
+ Attend CIP Governance Board meetings and participate in process improvement prioritizations.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES:
+ Six Sigma Black Belt and a portfolio history of continuous improvement projects
+ Excellent presentation skills, and problem solving using methodology formats
+ SDLC and NPD process knowledge with PMO management background
+ Knowledge of Quality System Requirements, Financial Regulations, IT Compliance
+ Data and process design (DMADV), data analytics skills, predictive modeling
+ Financial Cost/Benefit analysis of organization process states and decision making.
+ Interrogated business operations, and ability to demonstrate candor on improvement ideas.
+ Leadership acumen: communication, promotes change for growth, out of box thinking
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
+ BA/BS in in Business, Engineering, Science, Economics; Master?s degree preferred.
+ Six Sigma certified Black Belt required.
+ Program management in quality/compliance, process, and risk management
+ 3 to 5 years consulting experience with process excellence with diversified products/services.
+ Experience in both financial and non-financial services (Mortgage industry experience a significant plus)
+ Experience in successfully managing large-scale projects under aggressive timelines.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
