WAREHOUSE ISSUER - 2nd Shift

Job Descriptions:

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for pulling parts from inventory accurately and in a timely manner

  • Properly and accurately packs materials

  • Assists other departments within the warehouse when needed (kitting, single wire, tubing and round cable department)

  • Keeps warehouse organized and clean at all times

  • Enters information in the system after the material has been pulled

  • Takes ownership of his job

  • other duties as assigned


Required Experience:

Experience in:

  • Measuring, weighing, and counting products and materials accurately

  • Picking, packing, sealing, palletizing and sorting materials on shelves or warehouse

  • Recording product and order information on computer or specified forms & records

  • Verifying inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock

  • Marking and labeling containers, materials, and product to ensure that packing specifications are met

  • Using hand tools such as tape measure, scale, cutters, scanners, etc.

    Qualifications:

  • Abel to safely lift up to 75 lbs

  • Must be able to operate cutters, tape measure, power tools, etc.

  • Follow detail instructions (verbal and written)

  • Understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents

  • Able to stand 100% of the workday

  • Able to read drawings and specifications

  • Manage one's own time and the time of others

    Requirements:

  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Able to read and speak English

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
