Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:
Inspect parts and compare with the print (Part to Print Verification)
Maintain good communication with the Quality Control Supervisor and advise him/her of any issues that come up during the shift.
Perform pull tests, crimp height measurements, and label inspections
Create and modify transactions in our ERP System - Millennium 3
Ensure measurement equipment and computers are used correctly and are maintained in good condition
Collect, record, and analyze data
Ensure the proper handling and transportation of the material so it does not get lost or damaged.
Follow the Employee and Safety Polices at all times.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast paced environment
Analyze problems, present facts, make recommendations, and implement solutions
1 year experience on cables assembly is preferred (QC Test and/or Inspection)
Capability to read Engineering Drawings
Experience with IPC 620 or J-STD-001 a plus
Use of PC: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Capable of working effective and efficiently both independently and in team settings.
Flexible and adaptable to company?s changes and needs.
Fluent in English (Written / Spoken)
Fluent in Spanish a Plus
