CNC Machinist position available in Anaheim, CA 92806

Set-up Position

A rapidly growing Aerospace company is actively looking for enthusiastic & responsible CNC Machinists for the 1st shift. Our company provides a wide variety of services for the aerospace industry and our CNC Machinists are required to have broad knowledge & experience in the precision machining trade.

Technical Skills:

Capable to setup CNC 3/4/5-Axis CNC vertical milling and CNC Lathes Haas machines and perform all associated machining operations

  • Optional: Able to carefully prove-out new CNC programs and make minor edits when necessary

  • Enjoys the challenge of developing unique setups as necessary to produce ultra-low quantities of precision machined components

  • Has experience working with a variety of materials (ie, aluminum, iron, stainless steel, bronze, high-temp alloys, plastic)

  • Can operate general shop equipment, including forklift

Basic Duties:

Including, but not limited to, performing CNC machining operations required to support the aerospace industry. This means very small lot sizes, many setups and frequent new program prove-outs. Other duties may include general mechanical work, equipment & facility maintenance, shop cleaning & organizing, and other duties as necessary.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 5-years CNC machining experience in a job-shop environment

  • 2 year technical school certificate or equivalent on-the-job training a plus

Other Requirements:

Own some precision tools & basic hand tools

Successfully pass physical exam, drug screen, & background check
