CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Optimal Payments is currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager who is highly motivated, flexible and experienced in software development projects. Reporting to the PMO Director, the Client Relationship Manager will lead several teams working in a matrixed environment. The Client Relationship Manager is execution focused and will ensure that all projects are performed in a timely manner while maintaining the highest quality of performance.
Key Responsibilities
Apply expert project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and client relationship scope in order to meet expectations
Coordinate planning and execution to ensure cost, time, and quality goals are met
Indentifying and tracking requirements while gathering and documenting project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
Liaison between sales stakeholders
Maintain relevant metrics that help the team continuously improve efficiency
Provide appropriate oversight on the team's progress to ensure delivery schedule
Manage the delivery of multiple projects across multiple teams
Manage all aspects of customer experience strategy and implementation across all channels, quality assurance and curriculum development
Manadatory Skills/Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Experience with client relations project management
Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations
Ability to apply Scrum estimation techniques
Ability to identify, track, and manage risk
Strong leadership and organization skills with excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, project planning, people and team building skills
Experience in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines and operating under tight time constraints
Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with successful track record of coaching, training, curriculum development and delivery, presenting, and public and motivational speaking
Extensive experience with cross functional project management, and Lean Six Sigma
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
