Bridges Program Assistant, Part Time

The Bridges Program Assistant provides outreach services to OB offices and present Bridges Program to large groups in the community. The incumbent may prepare Bridges screening packets and prioritizes patients to be screened. May be responsible for distributing kits and explaining its contents. Provides clerical support such as faxing, filing, photocopying and data entry. Maintains stock and organization of Kits for New Parents. The Bridges Assistant must be able to create spreadsheets, properly collect data, multi-task, manage multiple tasks, must be detail oriented and able to facilitate public speaking events. Reports to the Director of Maternal Child Health. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Health Science, Health Education or related field BIlingual English/Spanish required Experience with Microsoft products required: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
