Encore is seeking a Director of Audio Visual Sales \- Event Technologies is responsible for managing the sales efforts of the audio visual office under the direction of the Director of Event Technologies\. This includes meeting with clients, producers and meeting planners and understanding the purpose of their event; designing the technology elements of the event and negotiating the proposal with client\. This position is responsible for assisting the Director with managing Hotel relationships\. This position is responsible for monitoring the total guest experience in order to maximize and ensure the highest in Encore Event Technologies' guest satisfaction ratings\. In addition this position will seek out new revenue channels and contribute to new product offerings\. Additional responsibilities include:
+ Establish a coordinated sales effort with Encore Event Technologies' Hotel Client\.
+ Establish a consistently high level of event production solutions for Encore Event Technologies' clients
+ Manage the coordination and distribution of client event proposals
+ Provide high quality event proposals and event solutions for clients
+ Coordinate with the operations department to ensure successful events
+ Manage the overall guest satisfaction experience
+ Establishment and adherence of event sales process from initial client contact to needs assessment to solution to follow up\.
+ Collect and analyze guest satisfaction data\.
+ Meet and exceed established revenue and GOP budgeted goals
+ Provide accurate revenue forecasts\.
+ Stay abreast of new technology developments as they pertain to the industry
+ Look for new revenue opportunities and sales channels

REQUIREMENTS
+ Five \(5\+\) plus years of applicable audiovisual systems and equipment knowledge and experience in design and selling large venue Audio Visual events\.
+ Five \(5\+\) plus years of applicable customer service knowledge and experience in an audio visual or hotel service environment
+ Three \(3\+\) plus years in a sales management role\.
+ Working knowledge of related computer software programs and keyboarding skills
+ Ability to lead a sales team and manage multiple projects at one time
+ Demonstrated customer service and organizational skills
+ Proven verbal and written communication skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
