Join Leslie's team today as a Commercial Account Executive (CAE), where you'll oversee the sales and gross margin performance of a designated Leslie's commercial territory. The CAE's primary responsibility is to meet or exceed sales plans, profitability, customer service and overall increase market share. The CAE will focus on, but not limited to, assigned, non-assigned, National/Government accounts and prospecting potential new commercial accounts.

What you'll be doing as a CAE:
Drive and increase commercial sales through current customer base and making new contacts
Serve as key resource for all commercial customers within designated geography
Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, and drive the selling effort by training and coaching store and field personnel to achieve sales and profit objectives
Ensure excellent customer service
Meeting or exceeding sales plans, profitability, customer service and overall increase market share.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Three to five years of outside sales experience or a college degree and one to two years of work experience
Proficiency with computers
Solid interpersonal and organizational skills
Must enjoy meeting people and providing solutions that build long term business relationships
Knowledge of the swimming pool industry is helpful, but not required.
Must enjoy working with diverse teams of dynamic individuals who strive to win
Must have reliable transportation and an excellent driving record

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
