Summary:
Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor, the successful candidate will perform complex assignments often requiring development of new or improved products/processes/techniques. Assesses feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering tests/products/equipment. The position requires an ability to interpret, on a broad basis, the principles, theories, and concepts of an engineering specialty.
JOB
Responsibilities:
Performing standard engineering assignments usually representing a significant portion of a larger project.
Selecting engineering techniques to solve problems and make design recommendations.
Participating as a team member in a specific phase of a broad engineering assignment.
Directing preparation of appropriate documentation for assigned projects.
Providing technical leadership to a small group of temporarily assigned engineers and technicians.
Ensuring successful completion of the assigned project phase within the budgeted time and cost constraints.
Participating in defining engineering approaches, and in planning and scheduling work.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related field from a four-year college or university
Eight (8) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in conducting failure analysis
Experience with schematic capture with ORCAD
Ability to directly interface with all other levels within a company and with PCB/PCBA manufacturers.
Experience developing requirements & solutions directly with customer peer groups at a technical level.
Working knowledge of IPC standards for PCB construction, circuit & component ratings, and harness assemblies.
Must be able to troubleshoot to discrete component level, establish failure trends, and resolution requirements using standard lab equipment (DVMs, O-Scopes, spectrum analyzer, programmable power supplies & WavGens)
Excellent communication skills
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with common PC software such as Microsoft Office
PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Experience with PCBA layout and design practices with an ability to review existing designs
Experience designing EMC, and testing/reporting EMC
Experience with generating electrical schematics and BOM's with electronic hardware components for PCBs
Must be well versed in optimizing permanent magnet motor controls and control logic circuit card design.
Leadership experience working with technical free-thinkers.
Schematic capture and HSPICE or PSICE modeling experience.
Ability to evaluate and apply new developments and technologies.
Ability to implement changes and solutions to various electrical designs in a manufacturing environment.
Leadership experience working with technical free-thinkers.
Experience with corrective action plans.
Working knowledge of FAA/Boeing/Airbus development processes.
Working knowledge of DO-160, Boeing and Airbus commercial aircraft requirements.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
