Synergy Companies is an energy efficiency contractor that is partnered with PG&E, SDGE, SCE, SCG and APU. We sign up residential and commercial customers to participate in utility rebate/no-cost programs installing energy efficient light bulbs, light fixtures, weather-stripping, shower heads, water heater blankets, HVAC services and much more. We have opened a new office in Anaheim and have immediate positions available. We are looking for trustworthy and hardworking individuals to join the Synergy team. ADMIN Requirements: Monday through Friday, 7:30 - 4:00 Full-time work Must be proficient with Excel/Word Type 45 WPM ADMIN Responsibilities: Take inbound/outbound calls with top notch customer service Data entry with the highest level of accuracy Gain a complete understanding of company programs and guidelines Provide clear communication to customers about installs & what to expect Work within utility software to create schedules for sales and technician Ability to stay on task and meet deadlines EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED certificate EXPERIENCE: Entry Level - training provided Previous administrative experience preferred Spanish speaking preferred but not required BENEFITS: Health insurance Dental (buy in) 401k plan after 1 year of employment COMPENSATION: Starting @ $15/hr JOB Posting: Admin Position - training provided! Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
