This position ensures compliance with Federal regulations by overseeing accurate record keeping, storage, handling, and shipping practices of pyrotechnic materials. Audits of sitewide and vendor facilities are conducted regularly to ensure all rules and best practices are being observed. Responsibilities : Accurately ship/transfer Pyrotechnic product to other locations/warehouse/vendors as directed, including delivery of Pyrotechnic product to the Pyro Ops Team Verify accuracy of shipments Perform detailed receiving and cycle counts, researching any variances Transport Pyrotechnic product and hazardous waste Identify, sort, move, and log product as appropriate Assign cost objects to daily show operations Verify movements and data integrity Audits and cycle counts as is required Ensure compliance with all ATF/DOT/CSFM regulations Basic Qualifications : Receptive to work shifts, as early as 5am, as well as all weekends/holidays Repeatedly lift 40lbs from ground to overhead and vice versa Occasionally lift/carry 60lbs Occasionally climb multiple flights of stairs and/or vertical ladders Advanced Excel/computer skills: Must be able to demonstrate (during an interview) a working capability with: Vlookups, Pivot Table use, Fixed/Relative cell references, etc Forward planning/thinking: Ability to see how many strings of detail-oriented work can affect the larger goal Communication skills: Comfortable working in a collaborative environment where several pieces of a project will be completed by different people. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
