Strong Office Assistant Needed in Anaheim

Job Description We are looking for a strong office assistant to handle a variety of administrative duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between manager and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will be responsible for the coordination of activities (operations and planning) and ensuring timely flow of information to and from the executive office. S/he handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature including financial reports, contract negotiations and organizational changes, and must function independently, efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced professional environment. Responsibilities: Build a strong foundation of business operations through a structured internal rotation and develop an understanding of all areas of the company including; Planning and Purchasing Develop, maintain, and update an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents Plan, coordinate, and schedule meetings and appointments Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms Collaborate with people from different backgrounds and at different levels within the company Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service Perform other administrative tasks as required including, sending faxes, file preparation and maintenance of customer files. Qualifications: 2+ years administrative support experience Proficiency in technology software, desktop electronics, MS Office Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer service skills Sense of urgency Proficient at multi- tasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Positive team player who works well with others This is a temp to hire opportunity! The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
