As an experienced call center manager, with 25+ years of call center and customer service experience, I am familiar with all aspects as to the runnung of a call center and what's entailed. Heavy phone taffice, flecible hours, havng worked all shifts from day, swing, graveyard, weekends, 12, and 13 hour days. Trained in several management classes I am familiar and comfortable speaking with both internal and external customers alike. Dealing with at times difficult personalities and/or situations. I have worked on projects involving bringing on new dealers/customers and their specific needs and requirements. Example; Mobile Help (medical device unit utilizing GPS tracking) based out of Florida. Assisted with developing new company policies, procedures, training manuals and the development of new and existing personnel. Throughout my career, I have maintained the highest performance standards within a diverse range of administrative functions and customer service, which is clearly illistrated by my past successes. In my previous employement I have always started from the bottom, working my way up the company ladder. This giving me clear insight as to the running of the company and what is required. As the floor manager at General Monitoring Services Inc., I reduced overtime to the company, promoted a pleasant working environment, established friendly relationships with staff, customers and dealers which significantly increased the company's profile in the industry.
