Defense Verdict for Mercedes-Benz, AG in downtown
Los Angeles against 'celebrity' lawyer Herbert Hafif, including costs on CCP
§998 offer.

Defense Verdict in Reno, Nevada involving auto accident rendering
passenger quadriplegic.  Received case
file four days before start of trial.

Defense Verdict in Orange County involving auto accident with
insured’s beer truck rendering 26-year old female paraplegic. 

Seven month construction site
collapse trial against 18 plaintiffs in Compton, CA. Jury verdict allocated 15%
liability to my client DYK, Inc. and 75% to codefendants. 

Selected as AIG’s counsel in Los
Angeles Archdiocese Clergy Abuse cases, totaling  275 claimants including Northern California,
Sonoma and Kern Counties.

Multiple trials involving serious
personal injury/property cases including federal and state cases regarding
20,000 acre forest fire.
